It is so cold and rainy in Copenhagen this week and at the same time it is boring just to stay home and stare out of the window and being depressed about the weather. I mean I’m not in Copenhagen everyday so I decided to go out yesterday even though it was raining as hell. I definitely didn’t regret to run through the rain and getting all wet just to find a spot to stay until it stopped raining. It was romantic somehow and I could even see a rainbow after years of not having seen one. Pictures will come in a later post. Finally, Tony took me to a Chinese restaurant where we spent the rest of the evening talking and enjoying the food. Yesterday’s outfit fitting to the Copenhagen lifestyle was sporty and cozy. I wore a high neck sweatshirt with cloud print combined with jeans, black leather jacket and white shoes. The color combination needs to be simple (black and white) since the sweatshirt has prints. I love my cozy cloud printed sweatshirt.

T-Shirt from Bershka// skirt from Bershka// sneakers from adidas

Last friday I decided spontaneously to fly to Aalborg, Denmark. Tony used to study in this city and that’s why he knew all the good spots to visit. The weather was so nice during the weekend so we went to a park with his best friend to BBQ. I really liked the park and that’s why we came back to the park one day later. It’s a place where you can enjoy life, take a rest, do sports or download some inspiration. ‘Download Inspiration’ is the logo on my T-Shirt from Bershka which I combined with a simple grey skirt and white shoes. I love this look for a nice summer day at a beautiful park since it is simple, sporty but yet stylish. Today, I’m in Copenhagen and the weather is bad so I’m just staying home. But hopefully I can go out the next days and download some more inspiration from the scandinavian fashion in the capital of Denmark. Have a nice monday!

bracelet from EDBLAD

Last tuesday Hanna, a friend from Sweden came to visit me right after my exam for a few days. We haven’t seen each other for one and a half years but then it was time to see each other again. We got to know each other in the United States and there we did so many cool things together, like doing a cool road trip to San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento, Yosemite Nationalpark and Lake Tahoe. Our trip was just crazy, a trip to remember. We were so unorganized that it turned out to be funny at the end. I’m so glad we still stay in touch. And look what she got me, a bracelet from a swedish brand EDBLAD. It is so nice and beautiful. Thank you Hanna! :*

Finally I have time to go shopping again! I just bought this navy green shirt and the necklace from Bershka. There are two ways how to wear this shirt. Either you can wear it with a knot or without. I tried out to make a knot on my shirt but I didn’t like it so much. After opening the knot the shirt got wrinkled haha. Maybe it’s the new trend? – The navy green wrinkled shirt!

SISTERHOOD OF THE WORLD BLOGGERS AWARD

First of all thank you Ashley from https://reasyume.wordpress.com for nominating me for the Sisterhood of the World Bloggers Award. I just started blogging and this is my very first nomination for an award. To be honest I don’t know much about this award. The only thing I read about it, is that it “recognizes the unique voices of female bloggers around the world”. But regardless of what this award is about, I am very thankful for a nomination because this shows me that I just made the first succesful step into the world of the bloggers. I wanted to start a blog 4 years ago when I first went abroad on my own but I’ve never made it to start a one until summer 2014. However, I wasn’t happy about the last blog, so I started this one in April 2015. As you can see, it is not easy just to get a blog going. It is a lot of work and thoughts that you need to invest in a blog. What I’ve learned in the last couple of months since I started blogging properly is that it is so much more than just uploading pictures and writing a text and hoping that someone will recognize your work. A part of a successful blogging process is the networking with other people and supporting each other. And I’m glad that I could get in touch with Ashley from California. Blogging is so nice, since you can get to know new people from all over the world.

Now as for the award, here are the rules:

  • Thank and link the blogger who nominated you.
  • Answer the 10 questions your nominator has provided.
  • Nominate 10 other bloggers
  • Create 10 questions for you nominees and notify them of their nomination.

Here are the answers to Ashley’s questions:

What do you love most about blogging? I love blogging since I have something to feel really commited to. You have to treat your blog like your baby and feed it well with quality blog posts on a regular basis. It sounds easy but it is a challenge. Do you remember the Tamagotchis? If you don’t take care of it, it will die. So does the blog. Readers won’t come back once you stop maintaining your blog. That’s how I can best describe it haha.

If you could only use one makeup product for the rest of your life, what would it be? I always need my eye brows set. I always have to do my eyebrows since I have really thin eyebrows but I like it thicker. Even on my lazy days when I don’t wear makeup, I have to draw my eyebrows as soon as I go out of the house.

Favorite cuisine? Of course I love the vietnamese cuisine. But my standard is Italian. I have loved it since I was a small kid and I can eat pasta all the time.

Suppose that you will die tomorrow. How will you spend today? Take the next plane to paradise! I’m addicted to beautiful beaches.

What’s the weirdest dream that you’ve ever had? My weirdest dream? I was dreaming that I was living in two worlds at the same time and could switch between it. Do you know that kind of dreams? Weird thing…

Favorite quote? I have a quote engraved on my first Ipod Touch: „Never let go of your dreams!“

When traveling, which do you prioritize more: food or sights? I can’t decide but I believe it’s the sights. I’m easy when it’s about food. So I’m pretty much satisfied when going to a local restaurant in my hometown.

Would you rather be blind or deaf? I’d rather be deaf because I don’t really listen to music that often. I know a lot of people say music is an important part of their lives but it is not in mine. If I would be blind I wouldn’t be able to see the beauty of the world while traveling and I wouldn’t be able to see what I’m wearing. It means that I have to give up my passion?

Photography: Settings & perspectives

Summer Summer Summer

Here are more pictures from yesterday. Now I’m studying for the last exam this month and looking at these pictures makes me feel more motivated. Only one more week left and I’ll be released to enjoy hot summer days everyday. By the way these pictures were the results from my “photography crash course” from a friend. I was trying out new settings and perspectives. Comment if you like my pictures! I’m looking forward to some feedbacks. Have a nice evening guys 🙂

Longboard & Fringes

Yesterday’s outfit was a black cropped top from Bershka with high waisted jeans shorts and a kimono with fringes from Hollister. The weather was nice again after two weeks of rain and storms. I spent the whole day trying to study but I really couldn’t concentrate for long so I decided to take an evening off to enjoy the sun by the river. And by the way, I tried out skating on a longboard. I was a bit afraid to fall down but still, it was so fun. More about yesterday will be in my next post. Lynn 🙂

Exam Period

Lynn Hoa

Hello you all! I’m so sorry that I’m busy at the moment. It’s exam period at school. I love it…NOT! I haven’t seen anyone besides books and my room for weeks! But I’m a good student, so I’ll study…I look forward to it to be over so I can spend more time on updating you guys. At the moment I really don’t have time to take nice pictures. But to make it up, I uploaded a selfie which I took with my Iphone before going out after my second exam. I needed to get out of my room at least once before i continue to study for the next exams. So this is the newest picture of me during my exam period hihi. I still promised lovely Ashley (https://reasyume.wordpress.com) to update my blog since she nominated me for my first blogging award and I will keep my promise! But now it’s time for bed. Good night ❤
